Gazar, often made with silk, is a plain woven fabric with tight twisted yarns creating a smooth but structured fabric. Often used in bridal/ high fashion due to its ability to hold its shape while still being a high-end fabric.

Silk is a protein fibre produced naturally with exceptionally fine filaments held together by lightly twisting the yarn. This process is called throwing.
